Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple sites in Georgia. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, mentoring SHE teams, and advancing a culture of continuous safety improvement.

Travel between project sites is required. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field, 5+ years of safety experience, OSHA 30 certification, and strong knowledge of OSHA/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry Certification required/ preferred
• 5+ years of progressive safety experience including field roles; leadership experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans and procedures
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and applicable regulations
• Lead high-level safety reviews including risk and complex processes
• Plan and deliver targeted safety training and regulatory updates
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments and root-cause analyses
• Identify trends and recommend safety improvements
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety across all work phases

The Opportunity

The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for the leadership coordination and execution of health and safety programs across multiple operational sites within an assigned region This role supports the organizations strategic safety goals by ensuring regulatory compliance reducing risk mentoring local SHE teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement The Regional Safety Manager acts as a liaison between corporate leadership and site level safety personnel ensuring alignment in policy training and performance metrics

What you will do

• Lead the creation review and implementation of safety plans procedures and technical deliverables
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Participate in and lead high level safety reviews including those related to operational risk and complex processes
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices regulatory updates and hazard mitigation
• Conduct and document site inspections hazard assessments and root cause analyses for incidents
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance
• Collaborate with project teams engineering operations and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work
• Stay current with industry best practices regulatory changes and emerging technologies in safety management

Required Qualifications

• Education Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Industrial Hygiene Environmental Science Engineering or a related field required
• Masters degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Certifications OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry First Aid CPR Certification
• Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience including field based safety roles Experience leading other safety professionals Experience in high risk industries such as construction energy or manufacturing is highly desirable

Legal & Regulatory Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in US
• Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel between project sites as needed
• Knowledge and application of OSHA standards 29 CFR 19101926 NFPA ANSI ISO 45001 and other relevant regulationsconformance standards
• Ability to maintain site safety records and documentation in accordance with federal state and company requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional CSP
• Construction Health & Safety Technician CHST
• Occupational Health & Safety Technician OHST for manufacturing & service roles only
• Additional certifications such as CIH or ASP
