Qualifications

Job description

This is a 100% remote role for candidates residing in the USA. It is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full-time.

Description

Our Video Game Client is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst. This role may focus on technical or administrative aspects of IT compliance and risks within IT/Information Security, or a combination of both. The Analyst will utilize their experience and critical thinking skills to design, develop, validate, and perform IT compliance activities, including managing IT policy exceptions, testing user access reviews, generating reports, and liaising with customers and audit teams.

Responsibilities may include troubleshooting user access issues, supporting access reviews, understanding system and application design, and communicating requirements to business owners and auditors regarding IT compliance and system limitations. Experience with Okta & SailPoint IdentityNow, Jira, and OneTrust is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, employees, senior staff, owners, government agencies, sponsors, and clients.
  • Assist the IT Compliance Manager in developing compliance functions, training, data analysis, control testing, and reporting.
  • Test enterprise user access controls to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in governance processes and support policy exception procedures.
  • Document and operationalize procedures for testing access controls and compliance areas.
  • Identify system and process gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Understand and work with in-house, third-party, and SaaS applications for provisioning and identity management.
  • Provide training and mentorship on technical solutions.
  • Support testing for IT controls and compliance reporting for audits.
  • Collaborate with audit groups to maintain industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications

Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar are preferred. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Risk, including SOX, internal controls, audits, and related areas, is required. Experience with frameworks like SOC 2, GDPR, SOX, HITRUST, NIST, ISO is preferred. Strong project management, attention to detail, communication skills, and self-management are essential. Familiarity with remote tools such as Zoom, Slack, and G Suite is expected. Data management and analytics experience are a plus.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP, PTO, and more. Eligibility depends on job classification and employment length.
