Job summary

Clorox Company seeks an HSE Leader to drive environmental, health, and safety programs at the site, reporting to HSE leadership and site management. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain permits, and partner with site leadership to promote a safe, compliant operation.

The role emphasizes training, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to reduce risk and support a Zero Loss safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in EHS programs in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, SPCC.
• Experience with inspections, audits, reporting and corrective actions.
• Proven leadership and training skills; cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance programs, including wastewater permits, Tier II, SPCC, and hazardous waste.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives with measurable metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for inspectors and regulators.
• Develop and implement safe working environment across the plant.
• Lead safety incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulation compliance and timely reporting.
• Lead HSE training, education, and communication programs.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and on-site assessments.
• Lead safety culture and continuous improvement toward Zero Loss.
