Clorox is seeking a Site HSE Lead to drive sustainable HSE programs and a Zero Loss culture at the plant. You will influence development, implementation, and sustainability of health, safety, and environmental initiatives under Center HSE leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing HSE, a Bachelor's degree, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to mentor teams while ensuring compliance across OSHA and Clorox standards. Onsite work and collaboration with corporate HSE are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in manufacturing leading an HSE program.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with environmental regulatory management.

Mansioni

• Drive safety process improvement projects and programs focused on reducing at-risk conditions and behaviors.
• Lead HSE team and committee.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to leadership and operating teams to drive safe decisions at the floor level.
