Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree with related experience.
• Ability to communicate with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train subordinates on HSE activities for TIC on medium to large-scale projects.
• Apply regulatory requirements to provide guidance and recommendations to project management; monitor HSE standards.
• Plan, conduct and document work requiring evaluation of HSE techniques and regulatory compliance (EIA, QRA, PHA, FPS).
• Promote and foster Fluor HSE standards and goals across the company and projects.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity per project objectives.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
