Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment role focused on promoting a safe work environment on project sites and offices. The position requires a four-year degree in construction management and strong communication skills to coordinate with management, clients, and subcontractors.

You will support HSE program development, monitor adherence to standards, and help prepare simple HSE plans and reports while following Fluor’s policies.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Construction Management Technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Responsibilities

• Promote HSE standards and goals across projects to foster a safe and productive work environment
• Assess whether project sites adhere to company and regulatory HSE standards and guidelines
• Provide support in the development of simple HSE project plans and specifications
• Maintain simple reports or documents to meet corporate or regulatory requirements
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
