Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in the Permian Basin is seeking an HSE Field Lead Representative to oversee daily safety activities on a construction project, promoting enhanced safety compliance and performance.

You will conduct inspections, lead safety training, maintain records, investigate incidents, and coordinate emergency actions while ensuring proper PPE usage and alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years safety experience in construction/oil & gas or related fields.
• OSHA Out-Reach Trainer preferred; OSHA 510 or 511 certificate holder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities on the construction project.
• Conduct inspections for unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions.
• Conduct new employee orientations and safety training.
• Maintain HSE records and coordinate emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and fire safety readiness.
• Deliver safety coaching and mentoring as required.
• Assist in JSA development and daily safety huddles.
