Job summary

USA DeBusk HSE Nitrogen Services – Division HSE Manager will manage and coordinate HSE in the field and within our nitrogen businesses, their branches, districts and client locations. Lead and develop training programs, audits, and safety initiatives to protect personnel and assets.

The role requires extensive knowledge of OSHA rules, DOT/FMCSA, and risk-based safety management, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant HSE discipline; 10+ years HSE experience preferred.
• Associates degree + COSS/CSST or related certifications with 15 years HSE experience in industrial or military roles.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA Construction and General Industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE Audits.
• Create and manage CBTs and SOP Training for division.
• Assist with training matrix oversight and execution.
• Monitor branches/districts to ensure USA DeBusk compliance and expectations are met.
• Assist in implementing safety policies and procedures in line with OSHA and DOT standards.
• Advises HSE leadership on safety compliance concerns and preventative actions.
• Performs HSE audits and inspections with written reports and corrective actions.
• Overnight and multi-day travel will be required.
