Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior HSE Director to serve as the owner’s senior HSE governance leader for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus. You will establish and govern HSE standards, oversee PSM and contractor assurance, and lead risk management across design, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations readiness.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of HSE, process safety, or major capital project delivery.
• Ten+ years leading HSE programs on large industrial or pharma projects.
• Experience on programs exceeding $1B in capital value.
• GMP-regulated pharma environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's senior HSE representative across all project activities.
• Establish owner-side HSE standards, procedures, and assurance programs.
• Lead sitewide HSE governance and liability reduction across EPC teams.
• Oversee contractor compliance with HSE requirements and permits.
• Lead Process Safety Management oversight through all project phases.
• Develop executive HSE dashboards and risk assessments for leadership.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across the campus.
