AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Director for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus across multiple states. The role oversees environmental, health, safety and process safety governance for all contractors and EPC teams, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and risk management from design through startup and operations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience in HSE, process safety, or major capital project delivery.
• Experience leading HSE programs on large industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong track record in regulatory compliance and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's senior HSE representative across all capital project activities and EPC organizations.
• Establish and govern owner-side HSE standards and assurance programs.
• Lead sitewide HSE governance to align with Lilly requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee contractor compliance, audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
• Develop executive-level HSE dashboards and risk assessments for leadership.
