Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to promote a safety-first culture on site in Port Reading, USA. You will educate leaders, develop safety policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations while overseeing incident investigations and recordkeeping.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of safety experience and strong communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate safety programs.
• Develop and conduct safety training for employees.
• Maintain safety training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training scheduling to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with safety teams and external administrators on workers' comp cases.
