Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in New Jersey seeks an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to promote a culture of safety across the campus.

You will educate leaders, develop and evaluate safety policies, programs and training, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. You will oversee accident investigations, maintain recordkeeping, and collaborate with the safety team and management to drive performance, safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Preferred: professional safety accreditation; bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate occupational safety programs.
• Conduct safety training and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain safety records and report incidents and investigations.
• Coordinate safety inspections and audits across site.
• Advise management on safety policies and risk mitigation.
