Kelly is seeking an HSE Coordinator at our Indianapolis plant to strengthen safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and track progress toward sustainability goals. The role emphasizes hands-on risk assessment, training, and incident response.

You will lead the site Safety Committee, coordinate permits, and report to leadership while advancing energy, waste, emissions, and water data programs. This is a full-time, exempt position with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years leading HSE programs and safety committees.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation and environmental initiatives.
• Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001 systems.

• Conduct daily inspections, analyze risks, and support corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and chair the site Safety Committee.
• Develop risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate permits and inspect fire-protection equipment.
• Collect sustainability data and support reporting.
