Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator for Transmission/Distribution, Substation, and Foundations projects. You will conduct site visitations, audits, and incident investigations while supporting emergency response readiness.

You will assist operations by communicating and training on HSE programs, conducting meetings and new hire orientations, and traveling to projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in safety roles and 5 years in oil or gas sectors.
• Experience with overhead distribution, transmission, underground power, and substation work preferred.
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing desired.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs by conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
