Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an HSE Management System Coordinator to administer and continuously improve the company’s HSE management system.

You will oversee document control, regulatory compliance initiatives, and contractor qualification programs, acting as a liaison between HSE leadership and Supply Chain to standardize HSE requirements. The role requires 5+ years in the oil & gas HSE field, a degree in OSH or related discipline preferred, and strong knowledge of document control,

Qualifications

• The role requires 5+ years in oil & gas HSE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred.
• Experience with HSE management systems, document control, compliance audits, corrective actions, and contractor qualification.
• Experience creating, revising, and maintaining controlled documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate revisions to HSE policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Develop and distribute HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Administer document control and records management with version control and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance and contractor qualification initiatives.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and environmental compliance to leadership.
• Maintain training and certifications as directed by HSE management.
• Support contractor qualification processes and ISNetworld administration.
• Analyze contractor performance metrics and verify closure of findings.
• Coordinate contractor management, renewal tracking, and compliance status.
• Attend required HSE trainings and use PPE.
