ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an HSE Representative to perform compliance inspections on-site and in the field, ensuring adherence to the company’s DOT and HSE programs.

You will train supervisors, document noncompliance, and participate in safety stand-downs and routine audits. The role requires 2 years of oilfield HSE or operations experience, an Associate degree (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in oilfield HSE or oilfield operations.
• Associate degree or equivalent can substitute for experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to be on call every other weekend.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; quick learner of other software.
• Able to perform 12+ hour shifts and operate a vehicle in varied conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site and field compliance inspections for DOT and HSE programs.
• Regularly meet with crews before, during, and after a job.
• Coordinate hazard identifications, audits, BBS, JSAs, and mitigation steps.
• Monitor compliance of employees, contractors, and vendors with HSE policies.
• Document noncompliance and report to appropriate stakeholders.
• Attend mandatory safety stand-down meetings and training sessions.
