Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent; suggest new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams in work activities.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes to improve team efficiency.
