Job summary

CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Associate role developing complex procedures and guidance within the HSE program. The position sits within the Environment Health and Safety function to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.

You will monitor injury and incident-related performance, assist with strategic solutions, verify records for compliance, and present findings to management and clients to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content clearly and concisely.
• Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent; may suggest new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams; communicate improvements to processes and efficiency.
