Job summary

Conco Services is seeking an HSE Administrator for its La Porte, TX location. The role supports the administration of HSE systems, reporting, data collection, and will expand to initiatives like BBSM and training. Travel to conferences or seminars is expected occasionally.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of safety admin experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Safety Admin Experience preferred.
• Some College preferred, Strong Attention to Detail.
• Excellent Organizational Skills, Great Communication Skills, Strong Computer Skills especially in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of CONCO’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs on site.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) as well as client and internal safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, inspections, audits, and corrective actions using designated safety management systems.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports, metrics, and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Support incident investigations by gathering documentation, assisting with root cause analysis, and following up on corrective and preventative actions.
