Job summary

European Service at Home, Inc. in Palatine is seeking a Home Care Aide Supervisor to provide compassionate client service and oversee Home Care Aides in the local office. This role focuses on responsive care management and supervision to ensure high-quality in-home services.

The supervisor will foster trusted relationships with senior clients, coordinate care, and maintain accurate records, supporting an efficient, client-focused program in a team environment.

• Ensure that client and employee records are complete and current
