Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience preferred.
• CPR, AFEP Coaching Principles and Sport First Aid Courses or equivalent.
• At least 20 years of age.
• Must sign a statement agreeing to MPA By-Laws and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Coaches participants in skills for excellent achievement.
• Plans and schedules regular practice.
• Works with Athletic Director on scheduling contests.
• Recommends equipment and supplies.
• Maintains attendance forms and records.
• Ensures safety conditions of the facility.
• Monitors discipline and sportsmanship.
• Liaisons with parents, media and booster groups.
