Prism Health in Portland, OR is hiring a hybrid HRSA Compliance & 340B Program Manager to oversee HRSA BPHC compliance and 340B operations across our health center network.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare, a healthcare admin/public health degree, solid analytical and reconciliation skills, and ACE certification (or plan to obtain within six months). Starting pay is $75,000–$85,000 with strong benefits.

  • 3-5 years in healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • ACE certification or ability to become ACE certified within six months.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the HRSA Compliance Plan.
  • Monitor Health Center Program Requirements compliance.
  • Liaise with HRSA/BPHC and compliance monitors.
  • Chair Quality Committee; provide quarterly Board reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date 340B policies with internal teams and counsel.
  • Develop systems to limit liabilities and prevent duplicate discounts.
  • Review 340B policies and propose improvements.

Prism Health is the only nonprofit LGBTQIA+ health center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington). Since opening its doors in 2017, Prism Health has become a model for culturally specific care and now serves over 4,000+ patients with a wide range of services, from day-to-day primary care and pharmacy needs to targeted services like gender-affirming care and specialized population health screenings.Prism Health a program apart of CAP Northwest is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented HRSA Compliance & 340B Program Manager. The HRSA Compliance & 340B Program Manager is a hybrid role that combines HRSA Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) compliance oversight with hands-on management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The position carries two co-equal mandates: ensuring the organization meets all Health Center Program requirements (annual reporting, policy adherence, quality program coordination) and running day-to-day 340B operations including split-billing administration, inventory reconciliation, and third-party administrator (TPA) management. This role serves as the organization's working subject-matter expert across both domains and is central to protecting federal funding, FQHC look-alike status, and the 340B savings that sustain mission-critical programs for LGBTQ and underserved populations CAP Northwest and Prism Health service in Oregon and SW Washington.New to 340B?
