Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare payer technology
• 5+ years hands-on HRP experience
• Led at least one full core claims migration to HRP
• Deep knowledge of HRP modules: Member, Product, Provider, Claims, Financials
• Strong HIPAA X12 EDI expertise
• Data migration design, mapping, reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Define target HRP solution architecture across modules
• Design end-to-end migration approach including data migration and cutover
• Lead gap/fit analysis and data mapping from legacy to HRP
• Oversee HRP configuration for plans, pricing, contracts, and adjudication
• Own integration landscape: 837, 835, 834, 820, 270/271, 276/277
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and go-live readiness
• Provide governance and lead architecture review boards
• Communicate complex decisions to business and executives
