Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting client SLAs and PGs.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work and produce significant volume within performance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups per SOPs.
• Articulate complex client plans and provisions in simplified and understandable manner.
• Identify process issues, delays, and quality problems; recommend and execute solutions.
• Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with SOPs.
• Take complete ownership of self-learning and development.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A., or BBA.
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts as per business requirement.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
