Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood seeks an Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Public Space to ensure smooth and top‑quality public area operations and guest service.

Under the direction of the Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will supervise staff, set schedules, train personnel, and uphold Gaming Commission regulations. A HS diploma is required; a 2-year college degree is preferred, with 1+ year supervisory housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations; assists in hiring and training.
• Recommends policy or service adjustments to better satisfy guests.
• Conducts detailed inspections to ensure policy adherence and identify problems.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Public Space, the individual assists in ensuring smooth and efficient public space operations and top quality guest service.

Essential Job Functions

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations. Assists in hiring and establishing training programs for personnel,
• Recommends adjustments to policies or guest room services to more effectively service the guest,
• Conducts detailed inspections to ensure adherence to departmental policies and to identify problems,
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) year college degree preferred. Minimum (1) year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience or a combination of education and/or experience.
