Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an energetic guest services associate to greet guests for events under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager. You will scan tickets or escort guests to their seats, know seating and concessions areas, and help ensure smooth event flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of customer service experience. The casino environment can be fast-paced and busy; you must stay professional and safety-conscious.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests for events and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Greet guests and scan tickets and/or escort guests to their seats.
• Maintain knowledge of seat locations, concessions, restrooms and merchandising.
• Report guest issues to the supervisor and assist with problem resolution.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment and follow HRL policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
