Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino seeks an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, lead reporting, and deliver workforce analytics. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

You will support compensation and benefits analytics, union reporting, and system improvements while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HRIS, analytics, or payroll reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise HR Scorecard and executive dashboards for workforce insights.
• Lead recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting for multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, costs, and staffing.
• Build reports using Excel, Sigma, Snowflake, and BI tools.
• Maintain HRIS configuration, security, workflows, and data integrity.
• Support compensation, benefits, and payroll analytics initiatives.
