Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support data processing, reporting, and user training across HR systems. You will audit HRIS data, process transactions, and drive system improvements for timely, accurate information across internal stakeholders.

The role requires at least 3 years in HRIS (UKG Pro preferred), strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. The position is hybrid in Redmond with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience, preferably UKG Pro.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and audit HRIS data for accuracy and compliance.
• Process daily Associate and Vendor Personnel transactions for provisioning.
• Serve as SME for Learning Management System training.
• Support HR processes including terminations, budgeting, verifications.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide guidance.
• Assist in HRIS upgrades and UAT documentation.
• Generate HR reports and distribute regularly.
• Develop training materials and assist end users.
• Participate in HRIS-related projects.
