Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection, headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is seeking an HRIS Specialist II to manage HR systems data, run entry-level reporting, conduct audits, and resolve system issues. You will report to the HRIS Operations Manager and collaborate with SMEs to improve processes.

The role supports HR projects, ensures timely system processes, and assists in HRIS testing and reporting. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Infor CloudSuite GHR, ADP, Dayforce or similar platforms.
• Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems like Dayforce, Infor WFM is beneficial.
• A hospitality industry background is a plus, especially in managing workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data in HR systems and assist in audits.
• Monitor and resolve HRIS issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HRIS training materials for end-users.
• Support regular HRIS processes, including data uploads, payroll, and benefits updates.
• Participate in testing new HRIS functionalities and ensure proper integration.
• Collaborate with HRIS team and SMEs to improve processes and policies.
• Generate routine HRIS reports and assist in custom report design.
