Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking an HRIS Specialist II to join our HRIS team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. You will manage employee data, run entry-level reporting, conduct audits, and resolve system issues, reporting to the HRIS Operations Manager.

You will support HR projects, assist with payroll and benefits updates, and help improve processes with a collaborative approach across the HRIS team and SMEs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, IT, or related field.
• Experience with HR systems like Infor CloudSuite GHR, ADP, and Dayforce.
• Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems (Dayforce, Infor WFM) is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee data updates and audits in HR systems.
• Monitor issues, resolve and escalate complex cases.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HRIS training materials.
• Support data uploads, payroll, and benefits updates in system processes.
• Test new HRIS functionalities and collaborate on process improvements.
• Generate routine HRIS reports and design custom reports.
• Support HR projects and system-related initiatives.
