Job summary

bp is seeking an HRIS Solutions Analyst to act as the Cornerstone LMS administrator and functional guide for our organization’s learning technologies. You will configure, maintain, and optimize the LMS, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and scalable solutions across learning programs.

Collaborating with Learning & Development, IT, Compliance, and business customers, you will deliver stakeholder-ready solutions, operate with governance, and drive improvements in learning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or enterprise applications; Cornerstone experience ideal.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning programs is favorable.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration for Cornerstone: configure content, curricula, certifications, training, and permissions.
• Learning Operations & Stakeholder Support: guide learners and managers; manage assignments and renewals.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop reports and dashboards; monitor training completion and compliance.
• System Configuration & Process Improvement: capture requirements and implement scalable LMS solutions; document workflows.

Job Purpose

The HRIS Solutions Analyst serves as a system administrator and functional guide for the organization’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone). This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of learning technologies to ensure a seamless learner experience, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and enable strategic learning and talent initiatives. The analyst partners closely with Learning & Development, P&C, IT, Compliance, and business customers to deliver scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across learning processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System Administration

• Serve as an administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).
• Configure and maintain learning content, curricula, certifications, training assignments, learning objects, and user permissions.
• Lead system updates, releases, and enhancements, assessing impacts and coordinating testing activities.
• Solve system issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.
• Ensure learner, manager, and administrator experiences are optimized through effective system configuration and governance.

Learning Operations & Stakeholder Support

• Support learning programs, compliance training, and talent initiatives.
• Provide guidance to learners, managers, and administrators.
• Manage assignments, tracking, renewals, and communications.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Supervise training completion and compliance.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.

System Configuration & Process Improvement

• Capture requirements and implement scalable LMS solutions.
• Document processes, workflows and governance.
• Support testing and deployment activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or enterprise applications. Experience administering Cornerstone ideal.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning programs favorable.

Knowledge & Skills

• knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
