Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an HRIS Program Lead to serve as the primary technology partner to the HR organization. You will own the HRIS portfolio, drive implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, and collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong functional HR knowledge combined with HR technology expertise.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
• Experience in multi-country and multi-time zone environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and system design implications.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technology solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance.
• Develop project documentation and status reporting
