Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced HR PMO to lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic People & Places initiatives across global corporate and manufacturing populations. The role partners with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, risks are mitigated, and executives have visibility into progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, HR operations, HR transformation, consulting, or related functions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Exceptional organization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR and People Operations initiatives across corporate, manufacturing, and shared services functions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Manage interdependencies across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Communications, and business functions.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple regions and locations.
