The role emphasizes backlog ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-impact HR system enhancements, with contract-based work onsite in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile leadership roles.
• Experience leading technology products within a fast-paced team.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
• Experience with backlog, roadmaps, sprint & release planning.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally or similar.

Responsibilities

• Champion product vision, roadmap, and strategy for HR technology with a focus on Workday.
• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate priorities into initiatives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with the HR Technology team.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes for HRIS.
• Lead sprint planning, release planning, and product delivery activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and integrations.
• Maintain backlog transparency and stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate goals, status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
