Qualifications
- 7+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, or talent acquisition systems.
- Experience configuring USA Staffing and USAJOBS as a functional analyst.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for USA Staffing and USAJOBS within a federal hiring lifecycle.
- Map current vs. future hiring workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop SOPs, user stories, and process flows for system changes.
- Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and UAT testing.
