Sharp Electronics Corporation USA seeks an HRIS/Payroll System Analyst to support HRIS and payroll processes, data analysis, and ADP Enterprise integration. The role handles year-end audits, tax compliance, and system enhancements while coordinating with ADP for timely processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate has extensive ADP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and audits across states, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience with ADP applications and data analysis.
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP Enterprise, Workforce Manager, ADP Reporting Tool).
• Ability to meet deadlines with no wiggle room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review payroll inputs for new hires, terminations, leaves, and other payroll cycles.
• Audit and load external batches to ADP Enterprise for payroll processing.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations before final submission.
• Oversee ADP payroll tax processes and year-end activities with Benefits.
