Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Nashville, TN is seeking an HRIS Operations Administrator to coordinate day-to-day HRIS workflows and employee lifecycle transactions. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Technology, Finance and vendors to ensure secure, accurate HR system operations and execution of strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, strong project management, and the ability to lead operational work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in HRIS/HR operations with Workday experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business Admin, CS, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating complex operational workflows and cross-functional deliverables.
• Experience providing functional direction without formal supervisory authority.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge including releases, testing, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily HRIS workflow and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Prioritize and track operational requests vs. projects and deadlines.
• Provide functional direction and coordinate work assignments.
• Escalate issues to the Director of HR Systems as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality and policy compliance.
• Support firmwide HR initiatives, reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate Workday platform enhancements and testing activities.
• Prepare HR reports, audits, and data requests on time.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and vendors.
• Plan implementation activities for new processes and changes.
