Soni Resources is partnering with a luxury client near Robbinsville, NJ, on the search for a HRIS Specialist.

This role will support a critical HR systems transformation, including the migration of data from Paylocity and Payworks into Workday and play a key part in ensuring data integrity, improving HR processes, and supporting system enhancements across recruiting and HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working cross-functionally—including with senior leadership/C-suite.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute HR data migration efforts from Paylocity and Payworks into Workday, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Extract, cleanse, validate, and reconcile HR data using Excel and system tools
• Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation
• Provide HRIS support across reporting, audits, and process improvements
• Collaborate directly with global leadership and local leadership

Qualifications:

• Experience with HRIS data migration (Paylocity, Payworks, and/or Workday strongly preferred)
• Open to candidates with Workday experience who have led or supported prior system migrations
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and best practices for data integrity
• Experience supporting recruiting systems or workflows; retail industry exposure is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and seniority levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Compensation: $33 - $35/ Hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
