Job summary

Scientific Games seeks a Senior Manager, HRIS to lead HR technology priorities for Workday and related systems, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver automated, data-driven solutions that improve the employee experience.

In this role you will drive HRIS strategy, project coordination, change management, and data quality initiatives to enable self-service reporting and actionable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/IS or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR operations, HRIS, or HR technology.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data, HR service delivery, and the employee/manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy and partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to support HR initiatives.
• Coordinate HR technology projects from planning through launch, documenting needs and evaluating options.
• Provide HR functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems, including reporting and data quality.
• Develop change management plans and communications to drive adoption of HR system changes.
• Promote data privacy, policy compliance, and audit readiness in HR systems.
