Job summary

Qualifications

• Train HR team, managers, and employees on HRIS systems and processes.
• Maintain and create reports in the HRIS system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare ad hoc reports to support departmental needs.
• Audit HR processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to HRIS system improvements and feature rollouts.
• Administer HRIS platforms, including setup, updates, and security settings.
• Manage user accounts and access controls.
• Assist with payroll processing during absences or peaks.
• Support payroll processes and provide operational assistance as needed.
