Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a paid HRIS internship for a college student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HRIS, Information Systems, or related fields. The role offers hands-on experience with UKG Pro and other HR systems across corporate and plant locations.

The intern will assist with data integrity, system interfaces, troubleshooting routine issues, user support, and participation in HR technology projects, gaining exposure to HR data governance and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Daily HRIS Operations: monitor and resolve routine errors, triage requests, and support HRIS users.
• Testing and System Improvements: participate in UKG releases, upgrades, and project testing.
• Reporting and Data Management: assist with report updates, data audits, and integrity checks.
• Projects and Research: support HRIS, Payroll, and integration projects, plus documentation updates.
• Additional Responsibilities: maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service.
