Green Bay Packaging Inc. is offering a paid internship for a college student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

The HRIS Intern provides admin, technical, and operational support to the Corporate HRIS team, with hands-on experience in UKG Pro and related HR systems across corporate and plant locations. The role covers data integrity, monitoring system interfaces, troubleshooting routine issues,

Formación

Enrolled in Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Daily HRIS Operations: monitor routine HRIS tasks and interface errors.
Testing and System Improvements: assist with UKG releases and testing.
Reporting and Data Management: assist with reports and data audits.
Projects and Research: support HRIS, payroll, and integration projects.
Additional Responsibilities: maintain confidentiality and support HR and payroll systems.
