Job summary

Rockcrest is seeking experienced HRIS Integration Consultants to design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between HCM platforms and third‑party applications, with a focus on Paycor, Paycom, and Paylocity. You will partner with client stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration solutions.

You will develop, test, document, and support inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, and data feeds across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and time systems, while monitoring performance

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting integrations with Paycor, Paycom, Paylocity or similar HCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting processes.
• Experience data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration testing.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support integrations within Paycor, Paycom, and Paylocity, connecting these HCM platforms with third-party applications and business systems.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs, file feeds, and data integrations.
• Support integrations involving HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Finance, and other business systems.
• Analyze existing integration architecture and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and automation.
• Perform integration testing, data validation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, mapping documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and third-party partners throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Provide knowledge transfer, technical guidance, and ongoing support to client teams.
