Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Two or more years of HR experience.
• Experience compiling and analyzing HR data.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and reporting tools.
• Preferred: Ellucian Colleague, Perfect Forms, SAP BI, Hyland, ImageNow.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the optimal function of HRIS applications and modules.
• Provide technical HRIS support, training, and guidance to users.
• Collaborate to identify, document and implement system improvements.
• Manage permissions, access, and settings for HRIS users.
• Create documentation for HR policies, procedures and training.
