Job summary

Macomb Community College is seeking an HR Analyst to manage, analyze, document and report on HR data, policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and HRIS system functionality.

You will support and maintain the HRIS, provide user training, collaborate on system improvements, manage access, develop reports for confidential use, and serve as a project manager between HR, IT and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years of related HR experience required.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and reporting tools.
• Experience compiling and analyzing HR data and knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Preferred familiarity with Ellucian Colleague, Perfect Forms, SAP BI, Hyland, ImageNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS systems functionality, maintenance, testing and upgrades.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users.
• Collaborate to identify and implement HRIS improvements and enhancements.
• Create documentation for HR policies, procedures, and training for HR.
• Compile and assist with development of complex HR data reports and logs for confidential use.
