Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks an HR Systems Administrator to maintain core HR platforms (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone) and govern data configurations, security, and processes across HR applications.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Compensation, HR Business Partners and IT to deliver enhancements, reports, and data integrations, ensuring accurate data flows and compliant governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience within human resources, IT, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical skills: Experience scripting and generating reports (SQL, PS Query, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience administering an HR system (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone, Workday, Oracle, SAP).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system configurations and security in HR applications.
• Develop and execute reports to provide data to customers and support dashboards.
• Partner within EB to ensure system integrations and basic system functionalities work properly and data moves accurately between applications.
• Contribute to health checks and internal auditing of HR systems, data and activity.
• Collaborate on enhancement projects with the HR centers of excellence.
• Administer roles and access to HR systems and help organize system security definitions.
