Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an entry-level HRIS Specialist to maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding and offboarding tasks, and assist with HRIS system management.

You will enter and audit data in Paylocity, ensure confidentiality, and help improve data quality across HR processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly while supporting employees and site leaders with routine HR data requests and reporting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 1–2 years of HR, HRIS, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms strongly preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain employee records in Paylocity.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with HR and site leads.
• Assist with documenting HRIS processes, job aids, and workflows.
• Support reporting needs, data validation, and system improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
