We are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an HRIS Coordinator, you are responsible for DHHS entries, reconciliation, and updates for the lifecycle of an employee / position within Workday and other related platforms. This position will also assist our Benefits coordinator in the administration of benefits for DHHS teammates.
This position will be based out of our Lincoln office. Scheduled hours are 8:30a – 5:00pm.
Wage: 17.608-27.577/ hour. Pay rate may commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints, if approved.
As an HRIS Coordinator, you will:
Minimum Qualifications : One year of coursework or training in personnel management, business administration, public administration or office/administrative or two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience with Human Resource Information Systems, working computerized systems used to collect, review and process information, and creating / reviewing reports to assure accurate processing of detailed information. Experience administering employee benefits a plus. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel.
