Job summary

Troon’s corporate HRIS team in Scottsdale invites an experienced HRIS Business Systems Administrator to join a fast-growing organization. You will work with business owners and IT partners to optimize UKG HRIS processes that support tens of thousands of US employees.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, defining requirements, testing features, and coordinating with vendors to implement innovative HRIS solutions and automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience.
• 3+ years direct experience with UKG Pro HR/Payroll/Time & Labor.
• Strong analytics, problem solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and implementation of HRIS solutions and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and test features.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deploy changes.
• Develop migration plans and update system documentation.
