Job summary

Troon, a leading golf, hospitality and residential services organization, seeks an HRIS Business Systems Administrator at its Scottsdale corporate office. You will partner with process owners and technical teams to optimize the UKG HRIS platform supporting thousands of US employees.

Responsibilities include leading HRIS projects, analyzing processes, and delivering innovative solutions while maintaining strong data governance and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business information systems, accounting, information technology or related area.
• 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems and processes.
• 3 years direct experience with UKG Pro HR, UKG Pro Payroll, UKG Pro Workforce (time and labor) or UKG Pro People Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRIS process owners to understand business processes and service enhancement opportunities.
• Evaluate HRIS release notes to identify changes and implement new product features and fixes.
• Develop and prioritize service change requests with defined scope, assumptions and measurable goals.
• Perform as-is/to-be analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead HRIS projects, plan, design, test and implement new features and functionality.
• Provide cross-functional coordination to ensure task completion and manage risks.
